Ioanna Amentas is a Mechanical Engineer, graduate of Ain Shams University of Egypt (1971). She speaks and writes fluently Greek & English and she has also a fair knowledge of Arabic.
She has an excellent knowledge of designing of all types of E/M installations as well as of all procedures within a construction company.
She was the Project Engineer of international consulting companies such as FRANK E. BASIL INC. and ACE ATHENS from 1972 up to 1985. Under her leadership the companies had successfully delivered large projects such as Dahran Land Forces Facilities (with large refrigerators and freezers for 60.000 people, mosques, administration and school Buildings), Riyadh 270 bed Hospital, R1 & R2 Modules of Yanbu Industrial City, Haji-Hassan Shopping & Offices Complex as well as his Villa, Air Base of Al Kharj, Tabuk 200 bed Military Hospital, Al Sulayyil Weapons Test Range Facilities, Preventive Medicine Centre in Ryadh. She also participated in the preliminaries of Bahrein Sheraton Hotel & Jubail Hilton in S. Arabia and Luxor Airport of Egypt.
From 1982 up to 2000 Ioanna Amentas was the owner of a consulting engineering office. The office had successfully delivered E/M design works for all types of large buildings, such as hospitals, hydrotherapeutic centers, hotels, housing complexes, concert halls, museums, universities, large central plants of steam and chilled water for industrial buildings, waste water treatment plant, hydro & thermo power stations for electricity production e.t.c.
Ioanna Amentas co-founded LYGEAS S.A in 2000 and now she is a technical consultant.
